Tell us how your club sells tickets.

A short questionnaire so we can configure the platform around how you actually work — not how we assume you do.

This takes about 15–25 minutes. Answers save automatically as you go, so you can leave and come back. Nothing is submitted until you press the button at the end.

Skip anything you're unsure about. We'll cover gaps on a follow-up call.

Section 01Your club

The basics.

Who you are, and how to reach the right person.

Full trading name as it should appear on tickets and receipts.

Section 02Venues

Where you play.

One row per venue. Include any you'll use this season — temporary ground-shares included.

If you're splitting the season across grounds, list each. We'll cover which fixtures go where in Section 04.

Section 03Seating & layout

How fans find a seat.

Reserved, GA, or both. Drives the seat map and buying flow.

Seating model*

One per line with rough capacity. e.g.
North Stand — 1,800 reserved · West Terrace — 600 GA standing · Family Stand — 400 reserved

Got a venue plan? PDF, image, CAD — mention what you have, we'll ask for files separately.

Section 04The season ahead

The shape of the season.

Fixture count, competitions, and any wrinkles like split venues.

Competitions this season

League/regular only — cups can be added separately later.

Does the season split across multiple venues?

e.g. "First 4 home games at usual ground, then 10 at temporary venue, then last 4 back to usual." Dates if known.

Section 06Bundles & mini-seasons

Selling a stretch of fixtures together.

For multi-match packs that aren't a full season. Skip if not relevant.

Will you offer bundles this season?

e.g. 2 — one for start of season, one for the end.

Same seat across every game in the bundle?

Key choice: it's the difference between "mini season ticket" and "discounted multi-pack".

Which fixtures go into each bundle?

e.g. "10% off equivalent singles", "flat price", "same as singles but one transaction".

If a bundled fixture is cancelled?
